Bring your existing history in from any spreadsheet — Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets, or anywhere else.
Required columns

Sleep data imports are flexible. Only a Date column is required. Include whichever columns you have from your sleep tracker or O2 Ring device.

Tip: Column headers are matched flexibly. "Average SpO2", "Avg SpO2", and "avg_spo2" all work. Column order doesn't matter.
General tips
- Your file must be a .csv file (comma-separated values). You can export to CSV from Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers.
- The first row should be a header row with column names.
- Duplicate dates are automatically detected and skipped during import.
- Invalid rows are skipped with a warning. Your valid data will still import.
- Weight values should be in pounds (lbs).
